With telecoms marketing traditionally dominated by cheesy library photography, Firebrand set out to differentiate Cavendish. This included refocussing the company's marketing to match the needs of their clients.
The identity redesign included the development of variations for the group divisions, a strapline and an original illustrative style to differentiate them from their competitors. The program implementation included signage, vehicle liveries, stationery, service literature, advertising and a website.
