Creating a startup brand that unlocks organisational potential

STRENGTHIFY

Strengthify approached Firebrand as an ambitious new consultancy with a mission to help organisations unlock the strengths of their people, teams and culture. Working across the public sector, health and social care, and higher education, the business needed a professional and credible brand capable of building trust within complex institutional environments while still feeling modern, positive and approachable.

Firebrand partnered with Strengthify to create a complete brand identity system, website, and a suite of supporting marketing collateral, designed to establish a strong market presence from launch. As the business evolved, we also developed the branding and UX/UI direction for Strengthify Engage, the company’s digital engagement platform.

Strengthify was entering a crowded market filled with established consultancy and training businesses, so first impressions mattered. The brand needed to feel credible and professional from day one, while avoiding the corporate language and visual clichés common across the sector.

The audience was also broad. The identity needed to work equally well for HR teams, educators, healthcare organisations and public sector leaders, each with different expectations and communication styles.

Beyond the website, the brand had to stretch across workshops, presentations, reports, exhibitions and digital products without losing consistency or clarity.

The challenge was not simply to launch a new brand, but to create a scalable identity system that could support the business as it expanded its services, communications and digital offering.

Early discovery sessions focused on understanding Strengthify’s audience, proposition and long-term ambitions. A key insight was that many brands operating within organisational development and consultancy spaces relied heavily on corporate language and generic visual identities.

This created an opportunity for Strengthify to position itself differently through a more people-focused, optimistic and accessible brand experience.

The business was built around helping organisations better understand and develop the strengths of their people, so the identity needed to feel empowering, human and engaging while still maintaining the credibility expected in public-sector and institutional environments.

It also became clear that the visual identity needed enough flexibility to work seamlessly across both marketing communications and the Strengthify Engage digital platform.

Firebrand created a visual identity system that balances professionalism with warmth and accessibility. The brand was built around the idea of growth, engagement, and unlocking potential, creating a more positive, human alternative to traditional consultancy brands.

The visual identity was designed to be flexible enough to work across both digital and printed materials, giving Strengthify a more consistent and recognisable presence as the business grew.

As new services and products were introduced, the identity naturally expanded into Strengthify Engage, including a dedicated logo and UX/UI system that connected clearly back to the wider brand.

Firebrand developed a comprehensive brand identity system that works across both physical and digital environments.

The HubSpot website was created to establish immediate credibility while clearly communicating Strengthify’s services, thinking, and sector expertise through a clean, modern, and accessible user experience.

Alongside the website, we designed a wide range of supporting materials, including workshop collateral, insight reports, presentations, social templates, exhibition graphics and documentation, helping the business maintain consistency across every audience touchpoint.

For Strengthify Engage, we developed the platform branding, logo and UX/UI interface, extending the wider identity into a digital product environment that felt intuitive, engaging and aligned with the overall brand experience.

The new brand helped Strengthify establish a more credible and recognisable presence across the public sector, health and social care, and higher education sectors, supporting the business as it continued to grow its profile and client base.

The identity created a clearer, more consistent experience across the website, marketing materials, and digital platform, while giving the business a stronger foundation to support future growth.

Most importantly, the project provided Strengthify with a strong brand foundation capable of evolving alongside the business as it continued to expand its services, audiences and digital products.
